This course provides instructions so that you, as Executives and/or Rating Officials, can successfully:

  • Log into USA Performance
  • Assign proxy users to assist you in the performance management process
  • Create performance plans
  • Monitor and track performance plans
  • Revise existing plans, such as adding, editing or removing performance requirements and adjusting element weights
  • Enter and save narrative feedback
  • Upload supporting documentation
  • Rate employee performance in each critical element
  • Performance Review Board Process
